Our company is specialized in organizing youth football tournaments and training camps in Bulgaria and Turkey.

The tournament Turkish Holidays 2018 – Spring Edition has already become a tradition.

Teams from Italy, Spain, England, Kazakhstan, Dubai, Russia, Israel and Bulgaria have took part in it in previous years.

The next edition is from March 21st– March 27th, in Turkler, Alanya, Turkey.

We would like to invite your teams from following age groups (born in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010) to take part in it.

Accommodation is in 5* hotels in double rooms.

We truly hope to see you among the participants.

SET OF REGULATIONS
of the International Football Tournament
Turkish Holidays 2018 (Spring Edition)


1. Goals and purposes
The international festival Turkish Holidays – Spring Edition 2018 (hereafter - the Tournament) aims at developing and promoting mass football. The goals of the Tournament are as follows:
A) Development of the FIFA Grassroots program.
B) Development and popularization of football for children and teenagers.
C) Increase of the level of mastership of young football players.
D) Building of partnership between football clubs, academies and National Associations of different countries.
E) Popularization of the values of inter-cultural tolerance.

2. Location, time, application
The Tournament will take place on the natural grass football fields of the Sports complex Turkler (Turkey, region Alanya).
The autumn edition is scheduled for the time between March 21st  –March 27th,2018 (March 21st  – arrival day, March 27th – departure day).
Only sportsmen born between 2001 and 2010 will participate in the Tournament.
A team can confirm its participation in the Tournament through an official letter on the name of the club/school to e-mail address: office@evimafootball.com. The letter must contain the following information: full official name of the team, phone/fax, e-mail address of the club/school, a guarantee from the club/school management; full name, position, contact information of the people in charge.
The final list of the participants in the Tournament will be specified after the application campaign finished. The application deadline is March 1st, 2018.

3. Organizer
The whole Tournament is organized and managed by Children Football League of Russia, «Evima Football Consulting» www.evimafootball.com , which is represented by its Manager Evgeni Marinov, who is also licensed FIFA Match Agent.
A panel of referees will be in charge of the matches themselves.
The Tournament is agreed with the Football Association of Turkey.

4. Participants
The teams will receive permit to participate in the Tournament sessions based on their application.
The teams from following age groups are allowed to participate:
Teams made of players born in 2001 and younger;
Teams made of players born in 2002 and younger;
Teams made of players born in 2003 and younger;
Teams made of players born in 2004 and younger;
Teams made of players born in 2005 and younger;
Teams made of players born in 2006 and younger;
Teams made of players born in 2007 and younger;
Teams made of players born in 2008 and younger.
Teams made of players born in 2009 and younger.
Teams made of players born in 2010 and younger.
Each team is allowed to register as participants not more than 25 football players. All participating in the tournament players can be listed in the match report.
The managers of the clubs, teams, delegations, as well as the coaches and football players taking part in the Tournament must observe the current Regulations showing a high level of discipline, respect towards the organizers, the rival teams, the referees’ panel and the spectators according to the rules of «Fair play».

5. Competition terms
The games of the Tournament sessions will observe the «Rules of the game», defined by the International Football Associations’ Federation (FIFA) and the current Regulations. The competition system in each group will be determined after the application campaign finishes.

The teams are ranked according to the largest amount of points gathered for all the matches. The system for scoring is: 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss.
At the eliminating stage, a series of five 11- or 9-meter penalty shoot-outs will be performed in order to determine the winner in case of a draw within the regular time of the game (and untill the first miss after this).
If two or more teams gather equal amount of points, the places will be determined:
-    According to the result from the match between both teams (ranked as follows: а) number of points; b) number of wins; c) the difference between the goals scored and goals conceded;
-    According to the best goal difference in all games in the given group;
-    According to the smallest  number of conceded goals in all games in the group;
-    According to  the smallest number of fouling scores, accumulated for violating the Rules of the game (yellow card -1 point, red card - 5 points) in all games in the group;
-    If quarterfinals, semifinals and final matches finish with draw in regular time, the winner will be determined with a series of 5 penalty kicks in each goal. In case of a new draw one penalty kick will be performed from each opponent until the first miss.
Violation of the rules: the cautions (yellow cards), received during the course of the Tournament are summed up. A player with 3 yellow cards misses one game. A player, kicked off for two cautions or sent off has the right to participate in the next game of his team unless he violates roughly the Rules of the game; in this case the Organization Committee of the Tournament will take a decision.
If a player is not listed according to the rules, disqualified or not listed in the match report, his team will be given a loss with the score of 0-3 for rules breach. If a team has listed a player older than the required age, the team will be taken out of the Tournament and all its scores will be annulled.
The official representatives of the participating teams must, 10 minutes prior to the game, fill in the names of the players with the corresponding numbers of their sport kit in the report and to present to the Referee of the match the participation form and documents of the players. The host team fills in the application form first.
In accordance with the FIFA recommendations all players are obliged to play with shin-guards.
During all stages of the Tournament, regulated herein, the participating teams must have two different color distinguishing sport kits. If both teams have kitsin the same color, the guest team is obliged to play with away kits.

6. Refereeing
Referees will observe the Rules of the game and the requirements of the current Regulations in their work.
Ten minutes after the game completes, the referee is obliged to fill in the match report, sign it in the presence of both teams’ representatives (main coach or assistant).
In case of having hot weather, the Main referee of the Tournament must give additional breaks (of not more than 2 minutes) in the middle of each halftime so that the players can freshen themselves.

7. Responsibility
The heads of the delegations as well as the coaches and players taking part in the Tournament must observe the current Regulations, showing a high level of discipline, as well as respect towards the organizers, opponents, referees, spectators.
The heads of the delegations bear full responsibility for the medical state of the participating players in the Tournament, their lives and health from the time of arrival until the time of departure.

8. Content and form of the application documents
The official application for taking part in the Tournament is to be submitted on an official club/school paper to the following e-mail address:office@evimafootball.com or dfliga@bk.ru
The players are allowed to participate in the Tournament after the following documentation is submitted to the referees:
·    Standard application from the regional federation of football which includes the name and the time of the Tournament; the name of the team together with the city; full name of the football player, date of birth, series/number of the birth certificate, N of the school, doctor’s visa (for each player listed). The application should be signed and sealed by the heads of the club/DYUSH, SDYUSHOR, UOR and the medical-physical institution.
·    The foreign passport of each listed player;
·    Insurance policy against accidents, life and health insurance for each player for the period of the tournament.
The heads of the clubs/DYUSH, SDYUSHOR, UOR as well as the medical physical institution bear responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided in the application list in accordance with the legislation of the Russian federation.
If a team fails to observe the above-mentioned rules for the application documents it will be taken off the Tournament. The decision will be taken by the Main referee.

9. Financial clauses
In order to develop children football the respective football organizations send their teams to competitions on their own costs. They take the expenses for transportation, accommodation, food and insurance of the football players and official representatives of the delegations. The participation fee is at the amount of 100 USD per team.

10. Award ceremony
The winners, incl. the players with individual prizes will be awarded with cups and medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, the participating teams - with memory prizes.
The awardees of the Tournament in the categories «best goalkeeper», «best defender», «best midfielder», «best forward» will be designated according to the results of a survey amongst the coaches of the participating teams and representatives of the referee panel.

11. Final accords
Issues that are not discussed in the current Regulations will be subject to discussion between Children Football League of Russia, «Evima Football Consulting» and the Main Referee of the Tournament.
